Be aware of your scheduled time so you don’t encroach on another’s appointment (scheduled time includes set up & clean up)

Your allotted time is contracted for ONE photographer.
Clean the studio when finished with your time slot.
- Including: sweeping & mopping any spills, trash, putting furniture/decor back where you found it.
- All cleaning items are available in the studio.
NO wall hangings are permitted without prior approval
- Any damages to walls will result in additional fees.
NO glitter or confetti are permitted inside the studio.
Please alert us to any repairs/maintenance needed immediately.
- Any damages to the studio during your time will result in additional fees.
Make sure to lock the door & put the key in the lock box at the end of your session.
Feel free to move our furniture around, just make sure not to damage the furniture or drag it on the wood floors.
Scheduling the studio for an event/workshop must be done separately (through management).
Breaking any of these rules will result in an additional fee being charged to your card on file.
